This is a traditional craft that has been carried on generation after generation through the centuries, in family workshops located mainly in the cities of Damascus and Aleppo.

Maison Dar Dar continues its collaboration with Syrian glassblowers.

Made in Aleppo by family workshops, these glass creations are hand-blown according to the local craft tradition from recycled glass scraps (broken windows...).

These scraps are melted in specific ovens in order to obtain a homogeneous paste which will be blown afterwards.
